According to estimated figures, Ghana’s technology raised about $68 million in total funding in 2024.
Funding was dominated mostly by fintech companies including ZeePay which raised $3 million last year. Fido had the biggest investment with a $30 million Series B raise.
EV Startup Kofa also raised $5 million.
In 2023, Ghana’s tech ecosystem raised $68 million, the same amount as last year.
The question is whether last year was an inflection point for the ecosystem and whether 2025 will be a bigger year for it overall.
