Ghana’s government has unveiled a revised structure for its civil service ministries through the Civil Service (Ministries) Instrument, 2025.
The updated list introduces changes aimed at addressing emerging challenges and driving innovation.

The new framework creates 23 ministries, including several that consolidate existing mandates:
- The Ministry of Trade, Agribusiness, and Industry signals a stronger emphasis on agriculture’s role in industrial growth.
