Parliament has resumed sitting today, October 22 after the Supreme Court ruling for a stay of execution on Speaker Bagbin’s declaration of four seats vacant.
Both caucuses in the House are claiming Majority side in Parliament. However, Speaker Bagbin is yet to respond to the Supreme Court’s directive.
The situation is one that has been described as unprecedented in Ghana’s politics considering the independency of the three arms of government.
