Falz, a Nigerian rapper and actor has opened up about his romantic life in a honest interview.
Despite having dated many girls, the Nigerian ‘darling boy’ admitted he has not yet found someone he believes would make a good wife.
Speaking on the Madam Joyce podcast, when asked about his worst dating experience, Falz recalled an unpleasant moment when a girl asked him to buy takeaway meals for her whole family on their first date.
“I wasn’t sure how to feel,” he admitted.
“I came here on a date with you, not your family. But then I thought, what if they’re hungry?” Falz said.
While the lady’s request left him confused, it also confirmed his conviction that first dates frequently show whether a person is worthwhile to pursue further.
The rapper talked about his concerns about couples who avoid having sex before getting married, wondering how they handle potential compatibility issues.
“What if you get married and the sex isn’t good? How do you fix this problem?” he wondered, acknowledging the potential complexities such a scenario could create in a relationship.
His opposing stance sparked debate among listeners about the balance between emotional and physical compatibility in relationships.
