Anatii Questions The Purpose Of Life Following AKA’s Sudden Death. AKA and Anatii made significant contributions to South African hip-hop by collaborating on numerous times to create amazing songs. Despite some of the challenges they encountered along the way, the artists had a really excellent personal relationship.
Following the brutal passing of his friend and colleague, Anatii took to Instagram and opened up for the first time about how Kiernan’s passing is affecting him. The rapper reminisces about all the moments he shared with AKA from making music together to all the ups and downs they encountered as friends.
In his post, Anatii admitted that he even questioned the purpose of life following the Supa Mega’s sudden death. “Here will never be another Kiernan “AKA” Forbes. long live my brother SUPA MEGA. you were definitely a force to be reckoned with bro. we had many ups and downs and shared many beautiful moments together, some public and others very private. when we worked on BCWYWF it was transformative period in both our lives, being able to harness the power of forgiveness and focussing on the bigger picture and path that God laid out for us. the pain caused by the abrupt and sad ending of your life struck a very sensitive chord and I have been questioning the validity and tangibility of life on earth and one’s purpose in this physical realm.” He wrote.
Anatii went on and offered his prayers to AKA’s family, friends and fans for their loss. “I pray your family, friends, and fans heal. I know it’s lit in heaven right now. rest in eternal peace bro. until next time. CAMAGU,” he added.
AKA and Anatii have admitted to having received favour from God as they refer to him in their BCWYWF project. They made several overtures to God, Jesus, blessings, and spirituality. Yet all of these connections appear to point to the same conclusion: their wealth, success, and good fortune were the product of hard effort and divine favour.
