L-Tido Slams Lack Of Progress In AKA Murder Case. A month after AKA and his friend Tibz were murdered on Florida Road in Durban tensions have grown. The ongoing investigations have left fans and fellow rappers with frustrations as they accuse the police of failing to apprehend the culprits.
L-Tido is one of the few AKA‘s friends and fellow rappers who have taken to Twitter to vent their frustrations. The rapper lamented the lack of progress in the Keirnan Forbes and Tebello ‘Tibz’ Motsoane murder probe.
L-Tido slammed the justice system in the country arguing that his friend was murdered nearby police with cameras all over, but still, there are no suspects who have been brought in for questioning. “It’s been a month and a half still no developments and progress on this case. This happened right next to the police station, on a busy road with cameras. Our justice system keeps on failing us!!!! This is ridiculous #JusticeForAKA,” Tweeted Tido.
The We Rollin hitmaker has joined the Megacy fanbase in their fight for justice for their favourite rapper. Youngsta CPT is also another rapper who has been very vocal and ha been asking the right questions in regard to the murder of AKA. The Kaapstad rapper recently challenged AKA’s friends and colleagues to come forward and say something in the fighting for justice. “I shouldn’t be the most upset about Kiernan dying! Where’s his close brasse? Where’s the team? Where’s the associates? Where’s the law? Come now ouens, open your bek & DALA WHAT YOU MUST!” Tweeted Youngsta CPT.
This came after the fans accused rappers that were close to AKA of being silent with the likes of Da L.E.S catching strays. The North god came under fire after he mentioned that he is not supporting the conspiracy theories that are being tossed around in regards to who killed AKA.
“Crazy world we living in. How do y’all really be thinking they took my man’s? What’s the motive? Everyone don’t grieve the same. Please leave them alone they been through a lot. I’m just as angry and also want answers but not in this direction please Love.” Tweeted Da L.E.S. The rapper’s comments gave people the impression that he does not back for justice to prevail.
