Nana Okakabin Andoh X, father of the CEO of Loud Silence Media and host of ‘With All Due Respect Show’, has filed a groundbreaking defamation lawsuit against a popular broadcaster and blogger, Okatakyie Afrifa Mensah, demanding compensation for alleged false and damaging statements made about him.
The lawsuit, which was filed in a High court, centers around a series of scathing reviews published by Okatakyie on his person which seeks to demean him as a chief.
Okatakyie, known for his brutal attacks on persons he perceives to be threats to his career had broadcast a detailed critique of Kevin Taylor and his father, accusing the revered chief of illegally benefitting cars from the erstwhile NDC and Mahama administration.
Nana Okakabin Andoh X vehemently discounts these allegations and sees them as exaggerated claims and baseless accusations.
In the suit, he asserts Okatakyie’s comments have resulted in a significant smear on his person, brand and reputation.
It will be recalled that Okatakyie Afrifa came blasting Kevin Taylor amid his beef with Nana Yaa Brefo.
Afrifa alleged that Kevin’s father has no legacy and made other disparaging comments about the chief.
According to him, the only property the man can boast of is a drinking spot he built at Obuasi in the Ashanti Region.
