Presidential Candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia has said that he is ready to lead the charge in ensuring that Ghana embraces 21st century solutions to 21st century challenges and opportunities.
Dr. Bawumia said that his interactions with chiefs and the youth during his campaign show that they are ready for the challenge.
In a post on his Facebook page, he said “On Day 2 of my Bono East Region campaign tour I was in Kintampo South, Nkoranza North and Nkoranza South constituencies with my message of a bold new vision for Ghana based on new thinking and a mindset of possibilities.
“My engagements with Chiefs, other leaders and the youth in particular give me great confidence that Ghana is ready to embrace 21st century solutions to 21st century challenges and opportunities. I stand ready to lead this charge. Together, it is Possible!”
He added “It was gratifying to hear the impact the policies implemented by the NPP government, such as Free SHS, major road construction and rehabilitation, and improved healthcare, had had on the lives of the people.
“Under a Bawumia Presidency we will do even more, implementing a bold new vision, new ideas and new solutions to address Ghana’s challenges.”
