Hearts of Oak host Nsoatreman as Kotoko face tough Aduana test in Dormaa

The 2024/2025 Ghana Premier League (GPL) continues at the various stadiums with matchday 12 fixtures this weekend.

The matches kick off on Saturday, November 23rd, as struggling Nsoatreman FC visit Hearts of Oak at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium.

The match is scheduled at 19:00 GMT. Hearts of Oak aim to extend their winning streak to four games, having won their last three matches, and maintain their unbeaten record against Nsoatreman, with four consecutive victories.

On Sunday, Nations FC will host Berekum Chelsea at the Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports Complex, with Kassim Mingle and his team aiming to extend their unbeaten home record to 23 matches and preserve their top spot in the league.

Asante Kotoko would seek their first win at the fifth time of asking when they visit Aduana Stars away from home.

Despite a challenging trip to Dormaa, Ogum and his men would aim to reverse their fortunes and get back to winning ways ahead of the Super Clash.

Meanwhile, Dreams FC aim to capitalize on their momentum and secure their third win of the season when they host Karela United at the Tuba Astro Turf on Sunday. Karim Zito and his side seek to outdo relegation-threatened Karela United to create distance from the relegation zone.

Holy Stars will draw inspiration from Samartex’s last match against fellow newcomer, Young Apostles, who defeated the reigning champions in the game week 11 fixture, when they host Samartex at the Crosby Awuah Memorial Park in Anyinase on Sunday.

Hearts of Lions aim to upset in-form Legon Cities, who have recorded three victories in their last four matches, when they host them at the Kpando Sports Stadium on Sunday.

At the Nana Fosu Gyeabour Park, Bechem United will face off against relegation-threatened Accra Lions.

Winless in their last seven outings, Accra Lions aim to secure their second victory of the season and their first away win since the season commenced.

Following their first defeat of the season, GoldStars aim to bounce back and return to winning ways, keeping their league title aspirations alive when they host Vision FC at the Bibiani Dun’s Park.

Elsewhere, Young Apostles seek to maintain their impressive form against top-tier opponents, as they take on former champions Medeama, fresh from their notable victory over current titleholders Samartex in game week 11.
