    My appointment has humbled me – Kpebu

    Private legal practitioner Martin Kpebu said that his appointment to the Operation Recover All Loot (ORAL) team humbled him.

    He assured the general public that they would not disappoint.

    “The appointment has humbled me. we have been sitting here pontificating and now they say come and do the work. People were saying I shouldn’t accept this appointment but hopefully, it should go well. we are hopeful,  we will not let you down,” he said on the Key Points on TV3 on Saturday, December 21.

    The team comprises:

    • Hon Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa – Chairman
    • Mr Daniel Domelevo – Former Auditor-General
    • COP (Rtd.) Nathaniel Kofi Boakye
    • Mr Martin Kpebu – Private Legal Practitioner
    • Mr Raymond Archer – Investigative Journalist

    The team ORAL on  Friday, December 20 announced that it had received the full dossier on the National Service ghost names scandal.

    Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa announced this on his X page.

    “We are extremely grateful to The Fourth Estate and the Media Foundation for West Africa for the presentation and their exceptional patriotism. Together, we shall reset Ghana and recover all loot,” he wrote on his X page.
