According to data put together by Rest of Africa, Starlink is more affordable for internet service when compared to most of the leading ISPs.
Kenya currently has the cheapest pricing with users paying on average $10 for Starlink service when compared to $23.2 for Safaricom.
There were some notable exceptions with Benin and Nigeria having cheaper local prices than Starlink.
Starlink is looking to expand to more African countries including South Africa in 2025.
