In a significant move aimed at addressing long-standing administrative and developmental concerns, the Western Nzema Youth League (WNYL) has formally appealed to President John Dramani Mahama to delineate Cape Three Points, Princesstown, akatakyie and its surrounding areas from the Ahanta District.
This appeal, articulated through the influential voices of the good people Nzema Evalue was presented by Dr. Patrick Ekye Kwesie, the leader of the WNYL.
Cape Three Points, known for its strategic geographical location and rich natural resources, has been a focal point for both economic development and cultural identity for the Nzema people. However, the youth league argues that the current administrative boundaries have hindered the region’s potential for growth and self-determination.
